REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds are made based on the Refund Policies of Gkas Hotel Arena. The total amount that shall be returned to you upon a cancellation shall be your Full Payment less: any applicable deductions, fees or charges that are applied by Gkas Hotel Arena /or payment services provider and/or partnering Banks (“cancellation fees”) as a result of modifications / changes or cancellation in reservation(s) made by you. Gkas Hotel management will refund your payment by crediting back to your Credit Card account. Gkas Hotel management will instruct our partner Bank to handle the crediting process immediately after we receive confirmation from the Hotel on your reservation.

Notice of cancellation must reach the CENTRAL RESERVATION (Telephone: , Fax: , Email: tenufad@) and duly acknowledged by the same office 72 hours (3 days) ahead of arrival date. If the guest failed to show-up on the arrival date (No Show) or cancellation of room reservation is done after the 12 hours threshold (half day prior to the arrival date), a one night room charge will be imposed.
